How long before you ship?
We normally ship 1-3 business days after receiving your cleared payment. If for some reason there is a delay we will notify you by e-mail or phone if necessary.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and debit cards securely through PayPal.

What is your shipping policy?
We ship to US Mainland, Alaska, and Hawaii via The United States Postal Service. I'm sorry at this time we cannot ship international.

Are your products in stock?
Yes, all of our items are in stock and ready to be shipped. We never offer anything that is not in our inventory.

Are your items new or used?
All the items we sell on The Bead Store are new.

What is your refund policy?
We will accept returns up to 10 days after you have received your order for store credit. Items must be in original condition as received, temporarily strung and/or unopened packages. A return authorization code is required prior to you returning merchandise. Store credit will not be given on returns without an authorization code. Please contact us to request an authorization code and state reason for returning items. A full refund will be given if we made an error in shipping the wrong product or misrepresentation of product. A 15% restocking fee will apply for all other returns. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
