Shipping Charges:
Shipping charges will be added to each order as indicated below. All orders are shipped via USPS unless otherwise specified.
Your package will ship usually within 1-3 business days of placing your order.
Shipping charge minimum is $3.00. Yes, we do combine shipping. The shopping cart automatically figures the combined shipping charge during checkout. Heavy items may incur additional charges and will be noted on the item page.
At this time we only ship to the continental United States, Alaska and Hawaii.
Forms of Payment:
We accept credit cards thru Paypal.
Returns:
We will accept returns up to 10 days after you have received your order for store credit. Items must be in original condition as received, temporarily strung and/or unopened packages.
A return authorization code is required prior to you returning merchandise. Store credit will not be given on returns without an authorization code. Please contact us to request an authorization code and state reason for returning items. A full refund will be given if we made an error in shipping the wrong product or misrepresentation of product. A 15% restocking fee will apply for all other returns. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
